🤖 Do you use AI?
Yes! I love AI—it helps my ADHD brain stay creative and efficient. I see it as a tool, not a replacement—a spark when I’m stuck, a way to streamline work, and a competitive edge in my industry.
That said, I understand and respect that some creators prefer an AI-free workflow. If you don’t want AI involved in your project, I’ll fully honor that decision.
If you’re open to AI, I’m an excellent prompt writer and can even teach you how to leverage it in your own work! I believe mastering AI is key to staying competitive—but hey, I grew up editing video on actual tapes as a Gen-Xer, so I’m all about going with the techno-flow to meet my clients’ needs.

Primarily WordPress, but I also work with Squarespace,Wix, Blogger/Blogspot, Shopify, and Etsy for storefronts.
đź’¸ What is your refund policy?
🚀 Deposits & Cancellations Before Work Begins:
All projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in my schedule. If you cancel before work begins, this deposit serves as a kill fee for the time I allocated to your project—time that could have been given to another client.
đź“Ś Cancellations Mid-Project:
- If a project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, and you will be billed for all completed work to date.
- Once the remaining balance is paid, I’ll release all assets so you can take them elsewhere if you choose.
🖥️ Website & Digital Product Refunds:
Due to the nature of custom website builds, branding, and digital products, all sales are final once work is delivered. However, I’m happy to provide minor post-launch support and revisions within the agreed-upon timeframe.
🎥 Book Trailers & Video Work:
Refunds are not available once production begins. However, I offer two rounds of minor revisions to ensure you’re happy with the final cut. Additional or extensive edits beyond the agreed upon initial scope of the project are billed at my hourly rate.
đź”® Custom Merch & E-Commerce Work:
For Shopify/Etsy store setups and merch design, payments are non-refundable once designs are approved or stores are launched. If you need ongoing updates, I offer maintenance and strategy packages.
